Taxis are available at the station located at Gate 3 of the Arrivals Level.

It will cost 35 € (fixed price) to take you to the center of Athens, and 50 € if you travel between midnight and 5:00 am. These prices are per taxi. So if you travel with a family of 4 or alone, you will pay the same price.

The rates apply depending on the time you arrive at your destination and include the additional costs (tolls, luggages, tax, airport charge,...)

Taxi fares from Athens Airport

• Athens Airport to Athens Center: 38 € at day / 54 € at night
• Athens Airport to Piraeus Port: 50 € at day / 70 € at night
• Athens Airport to Glyfada: 35 € at day / 45 € at night
• Athens Airport to Thesalloniki: 450 € at day / 700 € at night

Tourists, be vigilant !

Taxis are available 24/7 at the Arrivals level. There are always taxis available, you will not have to wait to get one.

On the other hand, stay vigilant as some taxis may be tempted to abuse the situation ... If you expect to travel at night, check that the counter is on the rate "1". Now you know the prices. If your taxi ask for any other amount, refuse to pay and remind him that prices are fixed and set by the law.

Of course, do not accept any canvassing when you get out of your flight. It is forbidden in Greece. Only vehicles with reserved driver can do it.
